In our busy world, it’s easy to overlook details in nature that we see everyday. This collection focuses on a few of my favorites, from sparkling stars to little leaves to rainy day puddles.
Simple line drawings transform ordinary outdoor objects into modern fabric designs in a variety of unexpected colors - fuchsia puddles, aqua suns, green stars and navy leaves.
It’s nature at its best, unfiltered and bright.
Quilt Patterns
NOTE: This pattern uses fusible adhesive and raw edge applique to create a trio of landscape wall hangings. Pattern includes full-size printed templates to make all three wall hangings shown, and instructions are also included for free-hand curve cutting. Quilts shown using Nature Unfiltered fabric from Benartex. Pattern is available as a printed version only.

Watch a rainbow flow across this generous-sized lap quilt! Use half-square triangle and quick corner techniques to created these oversized blocks. Quilt shown using Nature Unfiltered fabrics from Benartex.

Use easy two-at-a-time half-square triangles (HST) units to create a quilt that seems to ripple and spin diagonally. The HST magic is in both the blocks and sashing! This quilt is perfect for showcasing focal fabrics in the center squares. Quilt shown in Nature Unfiltered fabric from Benartex.

This quilt is all about color placement! The blocks are created using templates for star point and star corner units. Pattern includes instructions for two different color versions. The quilts are shown using Nature Unfiltered fabric from Benartex.

Limbo
Sew a rainbow with simple fabric strips that alternate with pieced sashing strips that add a little zing! The rainbow continues in the outer border of patchwork squares. This pattern features Nature Unfiltered fabric from Benartex. This pattern is a free download.
